Capsule Hotel - Lucerne Old Town

I had an amazing stay at the Capsule. The facilities were modern and provided a real sense of privacy, which I really appreciated as a solo traveler. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and I loved the organized activities that encouraged socializing with other guests. The staff were helpful, offering great advice and assistance whenever needed. Plus, the common areas were spacious and inviting, making it a comfortable place to relax.

we had a comfortable 1 night stay. we truly enjoyed single room provided with drinks. the helpful and exceptionally attentive staff gave good recommendations. the location was absolutely perfect there, especially in the area where the lockers for baggage are.

I was blown away by the spacious capsules with ample storage and a cozy sleeping environment! The modern setup with app-based access made checking in easy. Plus, the cleanliness was really good.

The hotel was clean and had helpful staff. The decor of the cozy room was modern and it was exceptionally nice. The location was comfortable, short walk to the main train station and a shopping center and easily accessible. They offered us tasty meals, had good choice of options to choose from.

The capsules were spacious and soundproof for a peaceful sleep. A few guests talked too loud at night, making it a bit annoying.

Showers oscillate awkwardly in temperature. Could use some enhancement in cubicle height as well, leading to an acrobatic descent from bed. The parking situation is pricier than hoped at 20-30 CHF for overnight stays.

The location was perfect, right near Löwenplatz and tons of attractions , made exploring so easy. The capsules themselves were impressively designed with spacious lockers for large luggage. The comfort factor in bed was beyond fantastic. Showers were a highlight as they provided private space for hanging up clothes and towels, which I appreciated. The staff was great, ready to help with any requests. A wonderful experience overall!

The property was extremely clean and modern. The communal lounge was just perfect for relaxing with its comfy sofas. I loved the fact they provided earplugs to help with noise and had generous lockers where my suitcase fit perfectly. My only minor concern was the occasional noise from fellow guests, but it didn’t really ruin my overall experience. Definitely recommend checking it out! 😊
