My stay at Capsule Hotel, Chapter Lucerne exceeded my expectations! The location was perfect, right near Löwenplatz and tons of attractions which made exploring so easy. The capsules themselves were impressively designed with spacious lockers for large luggage. The comfort factor in bed was beyond fantastic. Showers were a highlight as they provided private space for hanging up clothes and towels, which I appreciated. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ready to help with any requests. A wonderful experience overall!
